How do I become a registered member of Helpmebuild?
Click on the SIGN IN button at the right upper corner of the web page. Choose Join Now (Or sign in using Facebook / Google+ account) and fill your email id and choose password in the new window that appears. Click on sign up and that’s it, you are a registered member of Helpmebuild. Once you are signed up, verify your mobile number by clicking on VERIFY MOBILE NUMBER which comes on the left bottom of your account home page.

Why is Cash On Delivery option not available on Helpmebuild?
Cash On Delivery option is not available on Helpmebuild currently. We are working on the same to provide this option very soon.
Can I cancel an order?
For products other than furniture:
Cancellation of product is available for the time period of 24 hours from the time it is placed. Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you for the same.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the product bought on Helpmebuild? What is Helpmebuild’s Returns Policy?
Let us know in 48 hours of delivery (delivery time as per updated by the logistics partner) of the product if the same has to be returned. Mail to us at email@example.com call us at our customer care number +91-7080808084 for the same.
Please note that products apart from furniture can be only returned and get refunded for. Kindly speak to our customer representative before applying for returns. In case of returns, please mail to us the reason for the return of the product along with the photographs (in case of a defective, damaged or hampered product). Any product can be returned after the quality checks through HMB’s/ Merchant’s representative. Refund will only be possible if the product can neither be repaired nor replaced with a new product.
Conditions of return:
1. The product(s) should be unused, in its original packaging intact; in the same condition you received it.
2. All the paperwork you received with the product must be unhampered and readable.
Do I need to pay Shipping Charges for purchases on Helpmebuild?
Most of the products are Free shipping. Shipping charges are applicable for the products wherever mentioned during checkout.
Who will pay for the shipping charges in case of returns/ reverse pick up?
Shipping charges for the returns will be paid by the customer. In case of exception, after quality check by a representative, if the product is unauthentic, damaged or defective, then the reverse pickup will be free of cost.
What if the product has missing parts or defects?
If you have received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately notify our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?
If you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will offer a full refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.
I just received an email with a tracking number but I am not able to track the order on the courier website. How is that possible?
Helpmebuild send the mail/ SMS with the tracking number [AWB Number] as soon as the parcel is picked up by the courier partners. Once the parcels are picked, they are aggregated at the courier partner dispatch centers and it takes between 12 to 24 hours for them to update the tracking details on their website and hence your order may not get tracked during this period.
Why is the product not available for shipping in my Pin Code?
We are now delivering products in major cities PAN India namely Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Indore and Lucknow. Pin codes for delivery and service are set according to the same. If shipping is not available in your Pin Code, then we are not providing service to that area.

How do I track my order after it is dispatched by Helpmebuild?
We will provide the tracking number via mail/ SMS to you once the product is picked up by the logistics partner.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned product in its original packaging.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
All refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card.
I have been charged full amount of the transaction?
A. at first full amount is charged and later converted in EMI normally within 7 working days. Please contact your card issuing bank in case 7 working days have passed and transaction has not been converted to EMIs.
My issuing bank call center has no information on EMI conversion?
A. the issuing bank will receive EMI request after at least 3 working days of the transaction. Then status of transactions can be provided by issuing banks.
The transaction amount has not converted into EMI in 7 working days?
A. please contact your card issuing banks in-case 7 days have passed and transaction has not been converted in EMI. Conversion of transaction into EMI is at the sole discretion of card issuing bank and can also be rejected in unfortunate circumstances.
My bill has been generated and full amount has been charged to me?
A. please check transaction date and customer bill generation date, if the period is less than 7 working days then customer needs to speak to issuing bank to determine how much to pay. The bank might convert the EMI at a later date and change bill payment.
Sum total of all EMIs is more than the transaction amount?
A. the issuing bank charges interest per EMI transaction. The interest rates are decided by the bank and are displayed at the time of completing the transaction
Bank has rejected EMI conversion?
A. Customer needs to pay full amount of the transaction to bank, since EMI facility is at sole discretion of the issuing bank. Or customer can refer to refund/return policy of the merchant.
