Order cancellation is permitted for a time period of 24 hours since the order is placed. After 24 hours, Order is processed to the seller and no cancellation is permitted.
Our customer executive will call the user once an order is placed to confirm regarding the same. If a user confirms the order, then the same will be processed to the seller for getting it ready for the dispatch.

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery (delivery time as per updated by the logistics partner / seller) of the product if the same has to be returned. Mail to us at email@example.com with your order id number, product photographs (in case of a defective, damaged or hampered product). and reason for returns or simply click on “return” option of your order history.
Any product can be returned after the quality checks through HMB’s/ Merchant’s representative. Refund will only be possible if the product can neither be repaired nor replaced with a new product.
Conditions of return:
1. The product(s) should be unused, in its original packaging intact; in the same condition you received it.
2. All the paperwork you received with the product must be unhampered and readable.
Shipping charges in case of returns
Shipping charges for the returns will be paid by the customer. In case of exception, after quality check by a representative, if the product is unauthentic, damaged or defective, then the reverse pickup will be free of cost.
